Website delivery
When the website is requested, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and error data. This processing is based on H2O’s legitimate interest in delivering, protecting and operating a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical records are kept only as long as required for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Direct contact
If you contact H2O by email or telephone, the information you provide is used to respond, discuss a possible engagement and manage any resulting business relationship. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), the performance of a contract, or H2O’s legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), as applicable. Please do not send passwords, private keys, vulnerability details or other sensitive technical material through the general contact routes.
Recipients and service providers
Information is disclosed only where needed to operate the website, communications or an agreed engagement. Relevant recipient categories may include hosting and technical infrastructure providers, email and telecommunications providers, and professional advisers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, H2O will rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards required by data- protection law.
Inquiry forms
When you submit a creative or security-assessment inquiry, H2O stores the information you enter, the inquiry category, your consent time and an internal processing status so the request can be reviewed and answered. Security requests must remain high level: do not submit credentials, private keys, source code, vulnerability evidence or other secrets. Abuse prevention uses a pseudonymous one-way network identifier and may use a challenge service when enabled. Processing is based on your requested pre-contract steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and H2O’s legitimate interests in secure, reliable business communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and cookies
H2O does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A small, randomly sampled share of visits sends first-party performance measurements such as loading speed, visual stability and interaction delay to H2O’s own website database. The measurement contains the page route, language and broad device class; it does not contain names, email addresses, IP addresses or advertising identifiers. Essential technical storage may be used for language preference, access, security and basic operation.
Your rights
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may also complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Send privacy requests to admin@h2o-media.agency.
Retention and required information
Contact and business records are removed when they are no longer needed for the stated purpose, unless statutory retention or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer storage. You are not required to provide contact information merely to browse the site. Some information is necessary if you ask H2O to respond or prepare an engagement. H2O does not use this website for automated decisions or profiling.
