[ Terms of Service / Website Use ]
Clear terms for using this website.
These terms govern access to H2O’s website. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.
[ Provider and scope ]
H2O Media Agency
This website is provided by Rashad El-Karsawy | Managing Director and Founder | H2O Media Agency, Friedrich-Naumann-Str. 66, 26125 Oldenburg, Germany. Full provider details are available in the Impressum. These terms apply to access to and use of this website.
Information, not a binding offer
Website content presents H2O’s capabilities, perspectives and selected work for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a guarantee of availability. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or require either party to proceed.
Client engagements
Creative, strategy, production and security work begins only under a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by the parties. That document governs the project scope, responsibilities, fees, timetable, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality, cancellation and any project-specific terms.
Permitted use
You may browse and use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, conduct security testing without written authorization, or use automated extraction in a way that harms the site or infringes the rights of H2O or others.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, graphics, motion, concepts and other materials are owned by or licensed to H2O. They may not be copied, republished, adapted or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
External services and links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and context. Their content, availability and data practices are controlled by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms and policies.
Availability and liability
H2O takes reasonable care when maintaining the website but does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be complete or current. Liability remains unlimited where required by law, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the relevant relationship. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Privacy and security
The Privacy Policy explains how website and contact information is handled. Security assessment requests and responsible disclosures follow the separate routes described in the H2O Security Practice.
Applicable law and changes
German law applies to the extent legally permitted, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that may apply. H2O may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. The version shown here applies from its stated date. Questions may be sent to admin@h2o-media.agency.
